To: Dr. Everette Penn
Criminologist/Co-founder TAPS Academy
Dear Dr. Penn, On behalf of Chief Commissioner Carl John and management team of the Police Force of Sint Maarten (KPSM), I want to extend sincere words of gratitude to you, for your professionalism, dedication and the tremendous sacrifice you have made by taking a day out of your cruise vacation with your family, to provide several departments within the Justice chain on Sint Maarten, including the police force with a very good presentation and training regarding TAPS-Academy.
This presentation was second to none and we all are very honored to have attended this prestigious training from which all participants have acquired a lot of information about your organization. We definitely look forward in maintaining contact with you on when and how we proceed in the setting up of a TAPS-academy on Sint Maarten. I want to finally say that I hope your wife and son enjoyed their tour of the island and took advantage of our tasty local foods. I also hope that you and your family enjoyed the rest of your vacation. Once again, thank you very much and to hear from you in the near future.
